Humphrey Clowning Around

Good afternoon fellow crafters and followers.   Well it's Friday again and I do hope you are all well and looking forward to your weekend.  I know I certainly am looking forward to some serious crafting.  Last weekend my hubby, bless him, made some slight alterations to my craft room and now I have an extra table, right in front of the window for my crafting.  My computer desk will be to my left and my equipment table is now to my right which means I can now have my cricut out permanently as well as my GC.  My craft room is quite tidy too at the moment which is unusual for me as I am soooooooooo not a tidy crafter.  I do usually tidy up at the end of a crafting session - usually!
Well today's card is one that I hope will make you smile.  I have started with a plain white C5 card, layered it with some more plain white card and then drawn the lines around to highlight it.  I then embossed another piece of plain white card and distressed it with peeled pain distress inks.  The image is a stamp from Humphrey's Corner which was coloured in with spectrum noirs, die cut, inked around the edges with distress inks and then layered onto another diecut.  Unusually I have put a sentiment on this one because it just seemed right for this card.  I have taken the photograph of the card into Serif Craft Artist and put an edge around it to display it on here.  I usually do this as I personally think it looks nicely displayed, plus you don't get to see edges of my carpet around the photo - hee hee.
I do hope you like this card and that it has made you smile a little.  Thank you for stopping by and do take care.
