Hi guys, hope you are all well. Boy am I glad it's Thursday and I am finished for the bank holiday. It has been an awful two days, I scanned 80 pages into the computer on Wednesday, or thought I had, turns out the system threw a wobbly, only scanned 5 pages, not the first 5 or the last 5 but 5 in the middle-go figure. I tell you the air was slightly blue. So finished late today so I could get that scanning finished. Oh well, no more work until next Wednesday now so chilling out and crafting time me thinks.
Today's post seemed suitable for the bank holiday. The image is a digi stamp from Mo's Digital Pencil called Party Girl. She has been coloured in using copics and was a delight to colour.
I then started with an 8x8 plain white card, matted another piece of white card which I pricked in Sue Wilson style followed by a piece of red card topped of with a piece of white pearlescent card embossed using an A4 mbossibilities folder. I die cut my image using a spellbinders die and made a faux mat out of red card. I then die cut my flourish in red card. Now I cannot remember who made my flourish but I did buy it from The Stamp Man at a recent show and it is a beautiful flourish with a flower in the middle. I have covered that up with my own flower made out of the Martha Stewart paper paste, a flower mold and some glitter. That paper paste is everything Mel said it was, gorgeous to work with and sooooooooooooo light it is unbelievable.
Hope you like this card. Thank you for stopping by. Do take care.
