Good afternoon crafters and followers. Hope you are all set for your weekend. I have had a lovely day with my mum after we visited the hairdressers we went out for lunch. I then tried to get some curtain material to make some curtains for our motorhome, gosh what a load of rubbish the material was. So still looking.
If you remember a couple of weeks ago I mentioned I have bought some stencil pearlescent paste from Sweet Poppy Stencils, well this is one of the cards I made. The stencil is from Stamps Away. After I spread the paste on and took the stencil off I covered it in brown glitter from crafters companion and just left it to dry. This was my 2nd attempt at stencilling and I was so pleased and it was so easy.
This is an 8x8 card matted with some brown pearlscent card followed by some white card which I have embossed using my favourite embossing folder from crafters companion. I then inked around the edge with some spiced marmalade distress ink to make the embossing pop. The flower is a spellbinders one and the leaves are from marianne dies.
Hope you like this one. Take care.

Using paste with stencils still sounds very challenging to me ... but you seem to master this technique really well =). The stenciled image on your card looks great.
