Crafty Honey's Glue Gun

Good morning all.  Hope you are well this fine Monday morning,  Well I hope it is fine wherever you are.  Wasn't it a dreary weekend, it was here in Birmingham.  With all the rain we are having it's a good job we don't shrink, although that would have saved me going to slimming world - hee hee.

We have a lovely new challenge starting at Crafting From The Heart.

Our theme is the usual 'Always Anything Goes'.

Our sponsor for this challenge is

The image I have chosen to use is called 'Crafty Honey's Glue Gun 1'.  which given how much I love my glue gun was so appropriate.

I always take my images into serif craft artist to print out.

I have coloured her in using Tim Holtz distress markers and then used my BSC to fussy cut her out on the 'direct to cut' facility.  I also cut a black mat out too.

My background was so difficult to make (she says, tongue in cheek). I used a sponge, the teardrop one from creative expressions and Tim Holtz carved pumpkin distress ink and randomly stamped blobs using both ends - told you it was difficult.

Around the edges I have used a strip die which was actually from  creative expressions finishing touches collection lattice 3d bow die. I die cut 4 and mitred the corners and fit them to the rear of my stamped background.

I stamped my sentiment and die cut that out again using a set of dies from creative expressions. My leaves are also from creative expressions finishing touches curled vines.

My flowers were made using a stamp from Honey Doo Crafts - a beautiful set of stamps I have to admit.  I have used WOW powders Paparazzi from Chloes Creative Cards and then cut them out. I stamped 3 large, 3 medium and 3 small ones.

I finished my card off with nuvo crystal drops repened pumpkin.
